Anyone flying/busing[sic] I can drive you to the accommodation. It's awesome, tonnes of room, place to ourself, dorm style bunk beds n shizz. Non stop yoyo for 72 hours living together with the best yoyoers in Australia. Yoyo masterclass ftmfw!
Duncan FHZ with Neon Yellow poly/cottons. A noob but getting there.
Westfield Marion has a major direct bus route to the city. Easy. There is also a train station between Warradale and Westfield. Takes you straight to the city.
I have booked for (up to) 30 people so it doesn't matter if there is 5 or 25 - we pay for who stays. I will be asking for you guys to let me know whos staying and someone will collect the money so we can pay Warradale when we leave.
What is a Throwdown session? What do we need to do?
Also
1) what time do we need to be there on Friday? 2) What time does it finish on Satruday ? 3) Can we have some more detailed infomation on timetable of events ? ie awards ceremony etc Sorry I am new to this championship
Not sure about Friday but a lot of people out of Adelaide are arriving in the morning, around 9-10am.
Saturday is likely to be a whole day even with a hang out at the camp grounds after the contest, running till late.
Time table of event? I would assume it will follow the previous years and go something along the lines of starting around 9-10am. Compulsories then a bit of sports ladder then straight into Freestyles, mix of 1A and Y. Probably a lunch break then back into freestyles. Award ceremony whenever things wrap up probably around 4-5pm.
will be landing on friday 22nd july 7:55am time. can anyone get up that early? if not can they provide instructions on how to get to warradale from the airport?
Tester has offered me a ride at 9am, If you wanted to wait around for an hour we could go together?
Also someone is probably going to have to pick up the keys for the camp ground, this was done by Skip last year on the day but since he might be working it might be done by someone else later on in the day?
I would love to check out Werrd HQ again, depends on if Stu is cool with that though.
