Cheap yoyo 22/12

Postby Metabolis » Thu Dec 22, 2011 8:45 pm

Yo all,

Got this butterfly yo-yo for $2.99 at Crazy Clarks. The bearing is roughly yomega size however it has a concave plastic sleeve over it. It also has two silicon pads.

It claims it'll sleep for 5 minutes on the back. More like 5 seconds. It isn't weighted evenly and wobbles somewhat. The string is ok though.

never trust the 'claim' spinning time..
YoJun (永骏on the top, which is the brand)makes even metal yoyo with 5***...
dont wanna post any feedback from this yoyo that had been received.. just try other brands lol

There's actually a YongJun metal with an interesting shape, but according to DragonMoon they use a poorer quality aluminium.

I generally avoid Chinese brand plastics, but for $3 I guess it's hard to go wrong. Looks better than the $2 Draco brand yo-yo I got at The Reject Shop.

You can get a cotton string sometimes in these low-end Chinese Brands.
btw if the manufactures are just producing them for profit ( & not interested in YOYOING at all), it could happens that they might not even know how to match divisions with their names after producing yoyo for months. When back in China I saw some random brands say "suitable for 1a, 2a play' with a un-responsive yoyo.lol
