Sorry guys, I told my parents about this and they say Melbourne is not the safest of places at night (check out the headline of today's The Age newspaper) and St. Kilda is no exception. So count me out of the list. I will, however, attend the meet on Sunday even though I will be late (11:30ish).

I sent Liam a message, he said he was down but I don't think he knows where and what time yet so you might want to fill him in. Tell him its the Newer Melbourne Museum near Parliament Station.

There's2 melbourne musuems? Wow I really need to hit up a travel site.

My hotel is out in Tullamarine, I have no idea how close it is to the city, apparently a cab fare should cost about $30 each way.....

Yeah that sounds about right, Tullamarine is like a 20 min drive from the cbd, you could probably hit up the public transport from there which will probably only cost you liike $5, I could even meet up with you at a train station.

sounds like a plan :)

I'm so looking forward to meeting the melbourne guys, getting lost and needing a gigantic bundle of string to lead me around the city.

I've told Liam I'll be in town if he wanted to hang out, likewise I should be able to trek it to the city and rock it with you guys on Friday/ Fri Night.

A quick question, I'm browsing over the Viclink trams website, is the Museum in the "Melbourne Museum" in Carlton or "The City Museum" in East Melbourne?
