hi there Yoboy,

are you one of the Administration member of YoBoy.com.au ?

If that so, I would like to ask your for the shipping status for my item, that it was Paid in last month 18th of March (yes, it was 3 weeks ago, and I still didn't receive my thing)

Infact, I had send the request email to both Sales Email (yoboy@yoboy.com.au) and Web EMail (yoboyiam@yahoo.com.au) but No reply till now.

I've called the customer service phone number obtain from the website, and it said like "the phone number was disconnected" .... ha ?

Please tell me that YoBoy is still alive and I didn't flushed my money into the toilet.

Hey Chunma, I've had problems with YoBoy before, send him another email but make sure you've got something like "yoyo order" in the subject field. I got my stuff eventually =]

Can i suggest a sticky post/thread on the yoyo-links main page with a yoboy disclaimer telling these guys to not post on the forum about yoboy related purchases?
Maybe let them know Stu isnt a full time yoyo store and can't fulfill orders like other US stores or something?
Let them know that it could take a while if you order through yoboy?
Just to save worried posters coming on here and threatening dispute claims for orders that take a little while.
If they already know and agree to the fact that it could take a little time, they might be less inclinced to complain.

We all know stu always comes through with the goods and most of us also know of his hectic day to day schedule, but getting posts like this is annoying.

I'm not sure about a sticky post.

What should really happen is that the yoboy website should have the fact that orders can take a while posted on the front page in a font large enough for all to see and not miss. Not to mention telling people not to pay until they receive confirmation that their order has been picked and is ready to be sent, which would save any disputes.

2 cents.

Yeah thats probably a better idea.

If it does eventuate, perhaps a notice on the forums to people who would be thinking of posting here asking what the deal is to not bother as they should have been aware of the situation when they ordered and paid.

Finally, I just receive an email reply from Yoboy, Horaaay !!

But guess what, the replay says the Yo-Yo I ordered was out of stock (ofcourse it doesn't state in the webstore).

Almost 40 days seen the payment...and finally this..Perfect.

Seriously, if you are such a busy person that can't at least maintain your business, you should have no right to ask people for money.

And thanks for given me a great lesson, that I should not give out any single money online unless I can contact the seller confirming hes still ALIVE.
