ANYC - Australian National Yo-Yo Championships 2011

hey guys, does anyone know what's the rewards for the 1st place of 1A and Y divisions?

sorry, guys, I'm a freshman... so there are some questions pretty confuse me:
1. Is it possible to get there after 7:30pm on Friday? 'm a student in UNSW and have classes that afternoon...it finishes 4pm, so I probably come to Adelaide after 8pm...)
Is it very important to attend Friday's activity? or otherwise I am not permitted to attend the formal contest next day?
2. After arrive at the Adelaide airport, where should I go to? The contest place or the Warradale Urban Camp? Who should I contact to? Is there a contact number?
3. And about the compulsory tricks, does its result go into the final result mean the 3min one)? How does it count?
4. Last question... How do we travel to the contest place from the accomodations? Do we go there individually or together?

1. Get there any time you like, the competition is on Saturday. Other days are just to hang out
2. Safe bet would be Warradale camp grounds, though I want to do all you can eat pizza hut that night so we might have gone out for dinner.
3. Compulsories do affect your over all score, I believe its like 30% of your score?
4. People are organizing things themselves, one of the locals may be able to offer you a ride, ask around.

I'll be bringing down all my camera equipment. If anyone has a black/dark bed sheet and lamps in Adelaide, can they please bring it along?

I want to setup a corner somewhere in the camp building where people can film tricks and I'll make a video/dvd out of it.

Anyone that needs transport at practically any time I'm down.

Warradale is 10 mins walk or so from Marion, often there's a group of us that walk as well as private transport.

How much is the registration fee if I want t o compete in both 1a and Y?

I think it was $45 for registration + a event yoyo last year for just 1A, I think it was $10 extra to go in Y.

^last year was a good deal since it was a legacy.
